Chef Lou Garcia
Lou Garcia is a retired international photojournalist who launched his second (fun) career as a personal chef. During his travels on photo assignments in Europe, North Africa, The Middle East and Latin America, Chef Garcia sampled the many cuisines of the places he visited.
At home he shared his culinary experiences by cooking for friends and colleagues.
Chef Garcia is licensed and insured in Arlington County. He has completed culinary and food safety courses at London's Le Cordon Bleu and at Baltimore International College.
